The NSW Department of Planning and Environment is proposing changing the car parking standards for boarding houses under the State Environmental Planning Policy (Affordable Rental Housing) 2009 (ARHSEPP).

The proposed car parking standard is 0.5 spaces / boarding room.

The Department is currently seeking feedback on the explanation of intended effect, which outlines the proposed changes.
