Draft Oxford Falls Valley and Belrose North Strategic Review

The Draft Oxford Falls Valley and Belrose North Strategic Review is a joint project by the NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure and Warringah Council. Its purpose is to consider the development controls that currently apply to land under Warringah Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2000 and recommend suitable land use zones for the area. Recommendations from the review will allow this land to be brought into Warringah LEP 2011.
