Proposed amendment to parking provisions for boarding houses: ARHSEPP

I live opposite a proposed development for a 36 double bedroom boarding
house at 60 Binalong Ave Allambie Hts 2100
This building is to occupy a double block in a low density suburb. On
street parking is very limited due to the block being on a three way
street corner where parking is illegal. As the location is poorly
served by public transport, it is reasonable to assume that most
renters would have cars and as the rooms are double, maybe 2 cars per
Therefore I request that the proposed changes of .5 cars per unit be a
minimum where a main transport hub is nearby but for the above
location even that would be far to inadequate leaving 20 plus cars
with nowhere to park
