Revised Sydenham to Bankstown Corridor Urban Renewal Corridor Strategy

The new plans doesn't solve any of the real issues. The reason why we were against increase dwellings is due to traffic congestion in the area and the lack of infrastructure to support more people. I understand the government has spent millions on transport for this area and would like a return. Fix the eye sore shopfronts along marrickville road and new Canterbury road. Have a plan to develop a new shopping centre at the current loftus road car park. Changing streets to single dwellings doesn't solve any issues. I rather kept those streets for medium rise if there is a plaza included in the master plan.
