Revised Sydenham to Bankstown Corridor Urban Renewal Corridor Strategy

I do not agree with Durham St removed all together from the land use from medium rise to single dwelling. Durham St is a unique street with large portion of land which will be much easier to successfully transfer over for development. The street has all the characteristics for rezoning close to the light rail, train station and shops which lead directly out to marrickville road. It already has old apartment buildings in the streetscape. Surrounding streets are all going to be rezoned. Why has this street been left out from the new revised plans? And made a scapegoat from community pressure instead of looking at its potential and location.
