Revised Sydenham to Bankstown Corridor Urban Renewal Corridor Strategy

I strongly object to the changes to Durham St. Durham St should be allowed to maintain the original draft proposals of Medium High Rise developments. As this street leads directly to the main shops on Marrickville Road. The street already has pre-exisiting apartment blocks. The street is sloping downwards and will be perfect for medium to high level apartments to bring it back in line of sight. Also with the potential of plaza on loftus road. This will be ideal for development. I don't believe changing Durham St will impact surrounding streetscape. As Hercules Road and Loftus both above Durham St are already been earmarked for developments.
