Revised Sydenham to Bankstown Corridor Urban Renewal Corridor Strategy

It is hard to make a submission when we are still waiting for the Sydney Metro plan which is key to this corridor development.No mention has been made of parking facilities at the station as there will be a catchment area not served by state buses especially if they are privatized. If Bedford Crescent is five storey development and Wardell Road to Keith Street is 5 storey above shops then the non heritage side of Keith Street would have to be tiered 4 storey as it will be dwarfed by the surrounding development. I strongly feel you should have waited for the catalyst of this plan to be detailed in order to produce a coordinated corridor urban renewal plan.
