Revised Sydenham to Bankstown Corridor Urban Renewal Corridor Strategy

I would like to consider the Light Industrial Area of Lakemba/ Belmore be Re-Zoned for Housing rather that cramp up Very High density around the local town centre of lakemba/ Belmore.
Parking & Density will be ridiculous. At the moment it is impossible to find street parking in either Lakemba or Belmore town centres within the vicinity of the main strips being near either of the train station.
I will consider Benaroon Rd, Minnie St, Hugh St, Yerrick Rd & Frazer St area as the place to Re-Zone residential rather than Industrial. Currently all these streets are surrounded by R4 Zoning streets where some are directly across the road (hugh St & Benaroon Rd) and they are Zoned IN2 (Light Industrial).
The density around these particular streets at the moment seems to be very minimal. Although something of great concern is that of an evening around the above IN2 Zoned streets, there seems to be plenty of crime as well as it being a dumping ground for demoilition waste and Rubbish.
This particular area is within 50 to 100m from Punchbowl Rd, which can be quite accessible for Transport, Buses etc.
It does not make sense, why go higher when you can go out a little bit further into open space. This particular area is between 800m-1000m from either train station.
I would seriously consider that as a suitable option for the reasons stated above.
