(Name withheld) , of  CAMPSIE NSW, made the following submission on the project:

Revised Sydenham to Bankstown Corridor Urban Renewal Corridor Strategy

The medium-high rise areas in Campsie are allowed up to 5 stories to be built for increased housing supply (to tackle housing affordability with increased supply and allow areas close to the amenities to be accessed for new home owners of all budget sizes). However all other precincts in the corridor are allowed up to 6 stories - this does not make logical sense.
Medium-high rise zones (orange colour) should be re-stated to the original 6 stories capacity to better utilise the land and better utilise this once in a lift-time opportunity of urbanisation.
In particular, Brighton Ave (which has three different bus routes running along it should be allowed up to 6 stories).

Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
